Steps in Restoration. Restoration requires multiple steps.

1) Powerwash and Cleaning the Exterior Surface.  First we may clean your building exterior using our specialized powerwashing system to provide a mild detergent to remove any dirt, grime, mold or mildew that has permeated the exterior surface. We can also remove graffiti.

2) Repair, Replace and Secure the surface.  Depending upon the surface type, (stucco, brick, block, stone, siding, etc.), once the surface is cleaned we will repair, replace and or patch the broken surfaces and prep for the sealing and or painting.

3) Seal and Paint.  Finally, in many cases we will apply a sealant of some sort to ensure that the exterior surface repels moisture and other contaminants which will erode the look of the surface over time. All of our detergents and sealants are environmentally friendly.
